Use of this website and any order placed with NeeDoh are subject to the following service terms.
Agreement and Accurate Information
By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this site. You must provide accurate order, billing, contact, and delivery information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
The specifications shown on each listing describe the squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items offered at that time. Before order acceptance, availability or price can change, and clear listing errors may be corrected to the extent allowed by law.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Within 30 days of receipt, a customer may seek an eligible return or exchange without giving a reason. NeeDoh pays return postage when that request is approved and also when goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or with items missing.
Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded only from no-reason returns; defect and nonconformity rights remain intact.
Once returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved, the original payment method is credited within 5–10 business days.
Orders, Shipping, and Cancellation
Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders, our only delivery market. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking supplied.
Customers can ask to cancel an order before it ships. Once dispatch occurs, any return or refund request proceeds under the Refund Policy.

Checkout Terms
All prices settle in USD, and the checkout may present Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. Applicable law determines any tax collected on an order, so the store does not promise a permanent tax exemption.
